TOTALLY TENNIS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

• By enrolling on a course / making a booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

 

• The processing of personal data is regulated by the Data protection Act 1998, and from 25th May 2018 by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

• Please advise us in writing of any medical conditions / medication your child has that you feel we should be aware of.

 

• From time to time Totally Tennis takes photographs of events to celebrate good news which may be published online or in the local press. If you would prefer you or your child NOT to be photographed, please inform us in writing.

 

• All players are encouraged to participate in regular competitions at the club.

 

• Existing squad players automatically guarantee their place by making full payment 7 days before the current term ends, and therefore confirmation will not be sent.  After this period, places will be allocated and confirmed on a first come, first served basis once payment has been received.

 

• New players can join half-way through a term if places allow & prices will be adjusted accordingly.

 

• Fees are payable termly in full before the player participates, and are non-refundable.

 

• Missed sessions cannot be made up on another day.

 

• For Health and Safety regulations, all players must be signed in and out at reception.

 

• If paying by Direct Debit (DD) and your child stops attending your final DD payment will be for the balance owed until the end of term.

 

• We reserve the right to cancel sessions or to refuse your booking without explanation. 

 

• Court and one off Session bookings cannot be refunded with less than 24hours notice.

 

• Covid 19 . Players must not attend if they or anyone in their household are showing any symptoms.
